I'm not a boss. I'm a leader. Bosses don't lead or inspire but leaders do. I tell my people the goal and let them find their way to the endpoint. I only give suggestions when they need help

I am the boss. Have been since 2008. Good and bad, like most things in life. Now it is time to sell and retire.
