The achievements made by hackers to infiltrate the most "secure" networks has hit critical mass. What is coming, apps like this one, will pale in comparison to what follows. On that day, whenever it occurs, the Internet as we know it now will cease to exist. Hackers will be left to fend off other hackers. It will be like an electronic Ice Age. Just talk to the person, holy crap. This does nothing to help anyone in any point of life. So someone doesn't like me and gives me a one star rating on this app. Are other people, who could be potentially great friends, gonna just look at this and turn the other cheek?
