Depends on the situation. There are times when I stay late at work just complete tasks that are continually interrupted during business hours.

Depends on the task if its something I could use work and not that confident in then yea Ill take a team for assistance/backup whatever you'd like to call it.

I am more product when I have others to work with me on a project over all, but I'm more productive personally when on my own.

When I should be in my shop working on motorcycles. But since I don't have any outside deadlines to meet, nor others on site to not let down..... I procrastinate and do other interesting things. That said.....Out to the shop I go....before those jobs suddenly come up on a deadline
