We have all, at one time or the other, in Ft. McClelan or another post, have been exposed to some kind of medical trial or toxics. There is the water contamination at Camp Lejuene. In 1994, I was put some kind of new material, made out of Gortex, for the inside of cast to treat fractures, to make the casts water-proof. I was allergic to ot.

I knew that they were trying to get the registry but politicians had shot it down. If they can do a registry for Camp LeJuene, NC then they can do the same for Ft McClellan as well.

I looked it up. It refers to haz mat exposure but doesn't say what. When I was at McClellan it housed MP school, as well as NBC school.
I'd say we need more info in regard to the personell effected, (NBC only, or all personell at the base).
