The impact that the top 1% volume users have on the larger population is very dramatic. <br /><br />Honestly, MOST people us between ~1.25 and ~2.5 GB per month of mobile data. Key word: mobile. If you're using the hotspot function as your primary wireless, it's not being used as designed.<br /><br />That said, I don't think there are very many good reasons to remain on postpaid/contract at this point. <br />Even without plugging my company, I recommend looking very seriously at non-contract options. That is why they eliminated unlimited data plan. But the existing unlimited data customer still hold on to it.
