Few Americans are aware of the orchestrated nature of our Governments agenda. Clinton, Bush and Obama are following state dept 7277 signed by Kennedy in 1961. " Freedom from War" Better known as part of the NWO, In which we down size our military in 3 stages, confiscate privately owned weapons and give up our constitution to the U.N The last U.N anti gun vote was voted on by the U.S and all 43 votes to give up our 2nd amendment were from democrats. Our founding fathers told us " If you give up the tools to ensure liberty, you are truly ruined! "

I never knew that a state department 'tome' would become de facto Federal law. Good to know that the congressional oversight and judicial review were circumvented. Does that mean everything I said in the oath of enlistment was bunk? Hmmmmm.

By the noise coming out of the beltway with regards to law, which law are they referring, the US Constitution or the OAS Carta Democratica?

The Democratic Charter

Adopted by the inter-American community on September 11 — in the immediate wake of the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon — the hemispheric consensus represented that day was a significant, historic event in its own right...

Let’s remember that the Charter is only seven months old. Documents intended to be CORNERSTONES OF PUBLIC POLICY, like laws or even the U.S. Constitution, are not born with instant legitimacy. A document’s LEGITIMACY EVOLVES SLOWLY, over time AS IT IS EXERCISED, and as respect for it and the values it embodies grows. Only through numerous attempted, not always successful, applications of a document can it achieve its full or even intended potential. Through fits and starts and repeated attempts, the values embodied in a significant public policy document, such as the Democratic Charter, eventually come to life and become tangible and immutable.
