There is an rumor running around concerning the index and ring finger lengths. I won't detail the actual rumor, because the attacks will be vicious but, genetically, women will have a longer index finger. Men will have the longer ring finger. Before you look up the rumor, compare your fingers with your spouse, for fun. I'm not sure how evolution plays into finger lengths, but it's interesting that everyone I've noticed has the gender qualification. My guess is huff-puff is dispelling the rumor or trying to convince everyone that all women are natural leaders. ;)

Digit length is a genetically linked trait which may or may not convey a major or minor benefit or disadvantage to either food gathering or reproductive success. With sufficient funding, the foot will be explored....

Our ancestors who had shorter digits couldn't hold on to the branches and fell to their death. :)

I am an A according to this. On the previous evaluations I have also been told I am a type A personality. Wonder if there is a correlation SPC Jan Allbright, M.Sc., R.S.
After reading the article and learning that type A in this case means charming and that both my wife and I have the same finger length ratio I decided to look at othet classification. It is interesting how many different groups there are - general A, B. C, D with some X i decided to cehck out a few.
Type A personalities are competitive, high achievers and have a high sense of time urgency. As a result of these combined traits Type A's are always found to be busy working on their own projects. Type A's felt insecure at one point of their lives and so they decided to fight the insecurity by changing their lives and making achievements as fast as they can. For more information about Type A personalities read this article. found at http://www.2knowmyself.com/a_b_c_d_personality_type
