And prior to being in the Army when I taught Martial Arts I'd run a ~4:40 mile. Best I did in the Army was around 12:30 for the 2 mile. Now in my fifties my running days are over and can only do about 50 good push-ups on a good day. I think the only time I did more was when I was in wrestling and I got in trouble and had to do pushups for about 2.5 hours, I hit around 250 if I remember correctly, couldn't use my arms for a few days though. As I got older push ups went up and sit ups went down ;( run continues to get a little slower over 26 years.
