From that time forward I averaged four hours of sleep a night with limited catch-up on Sundays. Now, I typically stay up till 0600 or later before hitting the rack for four to six hours ( just turned 70 on 10/10 ). It is so hard to force myself to bed, especially on days like today where my weekend commute back to work started at 4AM.
