So unless there are command positions specifically set up for Majors then I see no need for so many other than those who serve as Staff Officers directly serving their commanders but you don't need 10 of them per command. The Army may someday need to get bigger, and if we do, we'll need experienced people to run the new units. We can't instantly grow experienced leaders if we need more units. Just a thought.
