Remember Ross Perot's impact on the 1992 election which helped secure Bill Clinton's election to President. Donald Trump may be able to mount a nation-wide campaign that could become a spoiler. He would siphon off some of the blue dog democratic vote from the Democratic presidential nominee and some fiscal conservatives from the Republican presidential nominee.
