Are these tabs a new thing for Cyber guys?

I found this picture of seemingly real Soldiers in the 4th ID copping these pretty cool tabs. I'm a computer guy currently chasing my A + certification and a Cyber Officer commission and saw these Network + and Security + TABS. Totally weird, and I'm almost 100% convinced this is fake. I felt I needed to double check Rallypoint and some input from Cyber guys/ gals would be great.

My guess is it would be PhotoShop. But, look for a current active duty or look in the Army Regulation. Maybe AR 680-1... I wonder if I correctly remembered the uniform reg? Doubt it, but I would be amazed if I did...retired in 1998.

This is definitely a joke. I have security +, they most definitely didn't hand out a tab for it.

The Tabs are neither authorized nor “pretty cool”.
Additionally, the photo is poorly photoshopped. See attached photo with marked indicators. Either the soldier in the middle was blessed/cursed with the worlds worst chin and received a ‘US ARMY’ tape that doesn’t really read US ARMY, or there is some photographic f*ckery afoot. There are a few other dead giveaways, but those two are the pretty clear.
