I heard one of the guys say that there are classified sections of the constitutional amendments that protect &quot;Seal team Six&quot; and &quot;delta force&quot; as well as the CIA and other such organizations. I cant remember the dudes name and I cant seem to find anything on it. Just wondering if someone knows if its true or not?
