Not sure how helpful it is, but a quick search on Google resulted in this article from the Army Times first published in April.

QMP screenings postponed until July and September

I have been searching but everything I have read or been told suggests that the respected MACOMs will be notified on 01SEP15.

I was told that they had set out notifications for such trivial offenses that they are having a really hard time because they will loose a lot of great NCOs for missing formations and other nonsensical art 15s etc. So they had to reevaluate their decisions to better suit the Army, being this close to the fiscal year and all. So some time in mid Sept.

OK folks I just received an email from EPMD Transitiond branch stating the expected release date is now "around mid-september"

I just spoke with ms jones at HRC, she said the list has not been released yet to anyone but the secretary of the army he must approve it then it will go out to all the Macoms. She said if I don't hear anything before my report date to Ft Bliss (7 oct) to call her back.

There was an error in yesterday's town hall. We originally said the separation date for those selected by the July QMP board would be 1 March 2016. The correct date is 1 April 2016. We apologize for this error. This is a difficult situation for Soldiers and families affected and getting the wrong information only makes it harder. We know that and apologize for the mistake.

So, that's telling me results should be coming down soon
