SGT Mark Rhodes - Sergeant; I am sure that there are. However the number who are going to be able to give you a reasonably accurate number is going to be reduced because they are going to have to be aware of what the state of the law in Alabama is (assuming that the 'private question' isn't related to the UCMJ).

Hell, I can give you "an answer" and I'll do so for free. The answer is "That depends, but I'll have to do some research on it before I can give you a more specific answer. Please arrange for a $5,000 retainer on your way out and I'll get right on it.".
