Are there any exemptions from training when 90 days out from separating? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/are-there-any-exemptions-from-training-when-90-days-out-from-separating <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I start terminal in February so I am entering my 90 day window from my final out and was wondering if there were regulations stating I didn't have to attend make up training days for training I missed during out processing. I know when I was at lakenheath, when I was 90 days from pcs, I didn't have to make up any training I missed so they never forced me to go to any unit training. I know for certifications I'll need (weapons) I'll have to go to that but I am speaking more of training put on by the unit. Most complain about it, but it is still unit PT and you are still a Marine. Now as for rifle qual, I never sent Marines if they had less than 3-6 months left. That is a training event that costs money and others need the slots to train. It really depended on if there was room to send short timers or not.
