I have at least 100 more points than my fellow promotable peers, but 798 seems to be the magic number for most of the 91 series MOS. Are there exceptions to the RCP policy or am I packing my bags and needing to the house if I hit 15 years without getting promoted? Are there any exceptions to the Retention Control Point policy?
