Drones have recorded that ISIS is positioning it's equipment and personnel in or near Mosques and that they have ordered boys age 15 and up to sign up for service in the areas they control. are changing their tactics and searching for ways to increase their fighting numbers. Requesting younger males to sign up as a way to bolster their numbers. They have refused to allow civilians to leave their capital and are using them as human shields. <br /><br />The positioning of men and equipment in and near mosques will be seen as a cowardly attempt to shelter themselves among the innocent. It can also be seen as a tactic to lure Russian jets to fire upon areas of high civilian population. Any such strike injuring civilians can be used to further their ideology and the premise of an apocalypse to come. The requirement of boys to sign up to fight has some families slipping away during the night in an attempt to avoid this.<br /><br />These could mean the tide is turning and inroads are being made.
