Are Kickstarter links allowed to be posted on Rallypoint?

It's a Kickstarter that deals with the military, but I would imagine it falls into some type of "business promoting" rule on RallyPoint, but I can't seem to find anything.

SPC Darin Day On the Top Bar, to the right of your name, there is a down arrow. Hovwee over that, and you will find "Support". Here is the answer I found under the Support Section:

If it isn't against the rules, it should be.
I don't want this site turning into a revenue stream.

They don't allow gofundme posts for things like the Vet in oregon that was wounded helping in the Roseburg shooting, so i'm sure they won't allow kickstarters. This isn't a judgement, mind you. I think it's the right call.
