Are "cat scale" and "penske" certified for ppm/dity?

All Cat Scaled are inspected and certified!! I have helped member doing a DIY move find a Cat scale!!

Certified scale listings are provided by the gaining and losing installations. Most of the commercial truck stops should meet the standard, but you should check the JPPSO list. Here is a locator

There was a difference between a weight and a certified weight. You have to ask for the second one.

Yes they are and as you tagged Fort Hood, I assume that is a destination you need a scale for as well.
There is a scale on Hood you can use for free
