If they did, it would be on their own time. The Cyber MOS's are fairly new and some of the more advanced stuff they would have learned would have only be used by a small group of people. That combined with the assessment and selection process used to hire people that will use these skills, I feel they may not be the same type of person that joins anonymous. Anonymous and Military Intelligence do have a lot in common. Anonymous my have better security than our government. I'm not reading in the news that Anonymous is leaving sensitive information on unprotected computers. I wouldn't be surprised if those members have an IT or cryptological background.
