Navy boot was a joke, physically, and I think AF is even worse.Response by SN Greg Wright made Dec 15 at 2015 4:34 PM2015-12-15T16:34:25-05:002015-12-15T16:34:25-05:00Sgt Aaron Kennedy, MS1177820<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Nope.<br /><br />Marine Corps has a 3 Mile Run, Pull-ups instead of Push-ups, and "Cruches" instead of "Situps" (which you may have converted from).<br /><br />3 Mile run: 18:00 - 27:00 (females have a 3 minute "handicap" based on physiological differences) - 6 points per min 100 points at 18:00, subtract 1 point per 10 seconds.<br /><br />Pull-ups (Dead arm hang CURRENTLY for Females): 3-20 - 5 points each. 100 points for 20. Females transitioning to a 3-8 scale.
