<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>You&#39;re in the Army now, and supposed to be trying to be an NCO. Open the regulation and read it, then ask questions about what you don&#39;t understand. The internet is not an &quot;EZ Button&quot;, regulations change quickly and the people you&#39;re asking might not have had to worry about promotion points for a decade or more.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I recommend that you ask your S1. Start with an S1 NCO. If you don&#39;t get a good answer then go to the SNCO for the S1. Have it explained to you in a manner that makes you understand.
