There are ways to estimate. Why do you need proof? Where they listed in your NCOER

If you are trying to document your time in a combat theater there are better ways to do it than try to count off how many convoys you conducted. DD214 and copies of orders will verify you being in country. Awards can also verify that as well if you received an achievement medal during the time or your combat badge. Is there anything specific you are trying to prove?

Short answer, only an NCOER or award that quantified how many convoys you were on.

Long answer, your BN OPS kept a mission or CONOP tracker for everything that was planned to go out the wire, and if it did go out the wire, and if there was contact.
That tracker might have made it to historical records, but that does not include manifests, and would not prove you were on any of them.

I see that you trying to get this info for your CRSC. To get this you would prove your injury would be combat related. If it was from combat your med board would show why you were separated. What was the nature of your separation from the Army.
