Last I heard the cress were approved and they were "making their way down to commands." As to when each will get and begin issuing...NO ONE KNOWS! This only applies if the agency gets federal grant money for equipment. </p><p><br></p><p>The same rules apply for the credentials. There is a lot to consider such as the soldiers status ( mental, training, career). One of my friends is at the "Academy" for DAF and said he's with a couple guys who have Already been issued creds!
