SPC Private RallyPoint Member 781216 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I was at work today and this soldier walked past me his rank on his chest was three perfectly horizontal bars. Not chevrons , just straight bars. I was busy and couldn&#39;t ask him about it, but none of my colleagues knew either and it&#39;s not an rotc rank. Any ideas? Anyone know what this rank is? 2015-06-30T15:54:04-04:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 781216 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I was at work today and this soldier walked past me his rank on his chest was three perfectly horizontal bars. Three horizontal bars represents that he is a Cadet Lieutenant (meaning he is going into his senior year) and probably a platoon leader for the underclassman. He is more than likely completing Cadet Troop Leader Training (CTLT) at your post. Most likely USMA or USAFA. Response by LTJG Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 6 at 2017 9:56 AM 2017-12-06T09:56:21-05:00 2017-12-06T09:56:21-05:00 2015-06-30T15:54:04-04:00
