There are a lot of those "work from home" online gimmics out there, some of which are scams and some of which can provide a few extra bucks here and there. I personally got into graphic design and writing, offering services as a freelancer. It took some investment, i.e. time to learn how to use the various graphic design software, the software itself and how to material to help guide me along the way. Just some ideas.
