Anyone know how I can access a standard form 86 from 18 years ago?

Recruiter says he needs for help with a suitability waiver. Trying to join the NG and got into some trouble back in high school. I have RE1A code, but he says he needs it to make sure I disclosed the charges when I joined the Corps, which obviously I did.

You need to fill out a FOIA request and semd it to Boyers, PA info silo. They eill email or mail it (takes a few months to process).
