Anyone know if the DA form 3284-R was a stand-alone form; or, a pricess starting form?<br />Anyone have any idea how to get copies of USAREC notices for AR 601-210 leading up to the implementation of that form, in 1967; and/or, its being made obsolete in 1976? I keep getting looped back to HRC in Ft. Knox; but, even though they&#39;ve tried to be helpful, it&#39;s been nothing but dead-ends.
