Now my review period for the Board is approaching and I absolutely need to get this done. I have gone so far as to use other people&#39;s computers and even called DA Photo labs that I knew of who insist I schedule on Vios. Any other insights? <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Ma&#39;am, are you trying to get onto VIOS from a civilian or government computer? Civilian computers won&#39;t load the site. I had to schedule mine from a government computer for last month. Worked like a charm.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I recently scheduled my appointment about one week ago and had no issues. Try walking in to your local multimedia center on your installation. I had to look up &quot;VIOS JBLM&quot; on facebook and it redirected me to a specific vios site for the &quot;west&quot; region. As a last resort you can find someone who can access the site and provide them your information in order to get it scheduled. Hope this helps
