Judging from your question you seem to very new Private in the Army. So, mouth is shut, ears and eyes open. for your first year volunteer for Special projects and assignments and perform it with vigor. When going to assemblies or PT if you are 10 minutes early your 10 minutes late. When running in company formation and the Guideon bearer started the flag up high and now is at half mast get up there and grab that thing like you own it and lead the way, don't be afraid. That is how you stand out. simply put, do your job, do it well and don't be told twice for anything. It’s a fast pace unit. Get with other company supply Sergeants who have been there a while. They can teach you the ins and outs of how they operate. A left seat/right seat transition is the best advice I can give you. Been 92Y4 within CA for 3 years now. Had to quickly adapt to the way CA runs. My advice is do well in PT. Work toward going to warrior leader school. I would also ask about air assault both of these schools are in your career map.
