Trying to go the Officer route once I finish my degree but one of the requirements is that I have to be an NCO and be recommended by my command. Anyone got any suggestions on things that need to get done in order to pick up sergeant? 2019-08-31T22:36:07-04:00 SPC Onel Cruz 4977486 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Prior service Marine who just joined the Army Reserves after having a two year break in service. For a direct commission yes, but not OCS in the reserves or guard.
