Anyone from 309th MI BN? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/anyone-from-309th-mi-bn <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am a 35X arriving to Fort Huachuca in August. I was contacted by my sponsor today and told I am slotted to report to B Co, 309th MI BN. He is not sure why and neither am I. It is a HUMINT and CI training unit and has no 35X billets. It&#39;s not for the 1SG position and I&#39;m not the only X in bound. Anyone have any insight as to why I would be going here? There is a massive re-org of NCOs going on right now because they want as many senior NCOs on platform as possible. I wouldn&#39;t get to comfortable there, there is a lot of shuffling going on at Huachuca right now. B co at that time also had the BN HQ. The S3 NCOIC is a 35X position. Back in the late 80&#39;s 309th trained the 96Bs.
