It happens from time to time. My 1SG caught a bad update and it wouldn&#39;t let his computer start. It was forced from the NEC. I didn&#39;t have that issue. You might have to see if there is an update to fix or have someone reinstall it. It was the remote desktop app. I installed that and then everything went bad. Did a clean install of Windows still have issues with gov sites. My personal PC at home now recognizes a CAC maybe 17% of the time....
