Then for some reason I get to the knowledge based authorization questions. I answer the questions and get cycled back through the KBA again and again.<br /><br />I tried to gain access using just my password and get to the expected KBA questions and again am cycled through repeated KBA challenges without any luck.<br /><br />I am wondering if anyone else has had troubles lately.
