These happen occasionally, but it generally is cleared up in a few days... Have they done something like making it only accessible on the DoD network or the like? <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>they recently changed the system so that you have to validate the PIV certificate on your CAC. if you&#39;re getting a bad certificate error that might be the issue. unfortunately, if that is the case, the only recourse is to visit your nearest facility and have them walk you through the process.
