Anybody have a command team that ignores regulation time lines for FLIPL's (DD200)?

Issues with commands ignoring regulation procedures and timelines then is hostile to soldiers who point it out.

Dealt with this a few times. Don't admit to anything and point out every single failure in their procedures in your rebuttal statement. My last rebuttal was 23 pages pointing out their failures and I was found not liable. Unfortunately, I had to deal with this after I ETSed.

Ugh. Tough issues we face both in civilian and military life. What becomes most critical then is the delivery and or the method of delivery. The up most respect and sincere reminder using the chain of command to "inform" of such pending needs is wise.
During planning meetings and the use of memorandums are another method.
Often, just undue respect to the person you need to inform in a friendly reminder as you pass by can often be very effective. It is all dependent upon the unit "command climate."
Then there are the other support channels one can use - respectfully who have the ability to do a "friendly reminder," thus removing the fear or potential of retaliation[s].
