Make sure it gets cleared by higher. I understand there are time constraints and limits as to what you can train on, but you have the resources to keep them focused, interested and motivated to tackle Basic Training. Be flexible, and always have a plan B. It's tough to maintain a stable training schedule. You can do it, and teamwork will help make it successful.Response by SFC Michael Whipple made Oct 4 at 2015 1:23 PM2015-10-04T13:23:59-04:002015-10-04T13:23:59-04:00SGT(P) Private RallyPoint Member1808500<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I just found this thread on here so I am not sure you're still monitoring, or haven't already corrected your issue. I am the Senior Cadre with B Co RRB in Washington State and would be happy to provide you with some info on our training schedule, and how we run the program.Response by SGT(P) Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 15 at 2016 7:52 PM2016-08-15T19:52:14-04:002016-08-15T19:52:14-04:002015-10-04T12:38:44-04:00
