That is why a lot of smaller charities can not afford to get into CFC. (Trump charity did not need CFC donors. I think it was for much larger donors than what we get paid.) The Trump Foundation allows him to give to organizations he supports without distractions or legal entanglements (theoretically!).<br /><br />CFC charities must meet standards that the Trump Foundation was never set up to attain.
