Any advice for a soldier about to leave AIT?

On my last 2 weeks of AIT as a 91B any advice from fellow guardsman who are also 91Bs or any leadership on what they expect to see from a fresh face

Just go in with the knowledge you don’t know as much as you think you do. AIT is good but it’s very basic. You’ll be doing a lot of menial tasks for a while. Getting in as a helper until you prove yourself. Just try to learn as much as you can from your platoon.

Learn your job. MOS proficiency is key. Pass pt and try to do extra schools and training. Look for and accept additional duty.

I am not a guardsman but like everyone else said learn your MOS and try to be proficient in it. Going there with an opened mind should be helpful as well. Best of luck to you.
