AIT is good but it’s very basic. You’ll be doing a lot of menial tasks for a while. Getting in as a helper until you prove yourself. Just try to learn as much as you can from your platoon.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made May 23 at 2021 8:24 PM2021-05-23T20:24:34-04:002021-05-23T20:24:34-04:00LTC Private RallyPoint Member7001842<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Stay Motivated. MOS proficiency is key. Pass pt and try to do extra schools and training. Look for and accept additional duty.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 2 at 2021 7:56 PM2021-06-02T19:56:28-04:002021-06-02T19:56:28-04:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member7048637<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am not a guardsman but like everyone else said learn your MOS and try to be proficient in it. Going there with an opened mind should be helpful as well. Best of luck to you.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 15 at 2021 4:27 PM2021-06-15T16:27:47-04:002021-06-15T16:27:47-04:002021-05-23T19:46:52-04:00
