This is a great thing! If we are going to scale back our troops in Afghanistan, and turn it over to the Afghani military, they are going to need soldiers. Soldiers in combat inevitably get wounded. If the nation shuns them, then they will end up having to use a draft or conscription to replace the losses. That will just lead to dissent, and take them back to square one. Good Job on this.

That is awesome. I hope they are able to set up a program in their own country.
