Capt Richard Desmond180379<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I attended the 2nd Deloitte CORE Leadership program back in June of this year. I had been out of the military for 6 months at that time and applying to Graduate School but still did not pick up the skills needed to succeed in the civilian world. To put it bluntly, I believe the TAPS program across all services is inadequate. This program is exactly what TAPS SHOULD be. It teaches you skills such as personal branding, interviewing, resume, and most importantly networking. It is all pro-bono program conducted by Veterans who work in Deloitte at their beautiful campus at Westlake, TX with all expenses paid for. Best of all it is not a recruiting program for Deloitte (even though they are an amazing Vet friendly company). It is all based on us Veterans and how we can succeed in transitioning to the civilian corporate environment. The link for more information is below. Seems like Deloitte is a great Vet friendly program.Response by Col Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 17 at 2014 3:54 PM2014-07-17T15:54:28-04:002014-07-17T15:54:28-04:00CSM Michael J.
