Am I correct in thinking that there are laws for civilians not to interrupt a moving convoy on the road?

There is no law preventing that I am aware of. Your reactions will need to vary based on location. If you're in theater, ROE would apply. If in the states or Europe, probably not much you can do except simply be careful. On a public road outside of a combat zone, you are simply traffic, convoy or not.

Honestly, you would think so, but most of it is based on common courtesy which is sorely lacking these days. The same thing could be said about funeral processions, but I've seen more than one person interrupt a funeral procession because "they had places to be".

No such law exists in the Civilian world. It's up to your CoC to brief you on the ROE which should include how to handle civilian traffic on the same roadway. Generally these instructions include staying calm, keeping a safe following distance, and basically use common sense.

You are not correct. Once on a public road in this country (most countries, I suspect) you're just traffic.

Depends if the convoy is marked National Security Movement, Unlawful to Break In. Break into a convoy moving nukes and see what happens.

just block them in. They won't do it again.

This is a Soviet Military Liaison Mission Team car caught cutting into a military convoy in Germany. It was always a cat and mouse game with these guys.
