Your reactions will need to vary based on location. If you&#39;re in theater, ROE would apply. If in the states or Europe, probably not much you can do except simply be careful. On a public road outside of a combat zone, you are simply traffic, convoy or not. The same thing could be said about funeral processions, but I&#39;ve seen more than one person interrupt a funeral procession because &quot;they had places to be&quot;. It&#39;s up to your CoC to brief you on the ROE which should include how to handle civilian traffic on the same roadway. Generally these instructions include staying calm, keeping a safe following distance, and basically use common sense.
