Am I able to rejoin with an RE3 and a LBK Separation Code?

I was dumb and caught an Art 15 about a few months before ets, did my 45/45 and went back to business as usual, but did not make it any further then PV2 the second go around. I got an honorable discharge still, but I'm not sure what caused the RE3.I was not awaiting chapter or anything of the sorts. The only other thing I could think that may have caused it was my hearing loss that resulted in hearing aids. I appreciate any help

LBK just means you have completed you contract obligation, nothing bad there. RE3 means you will probably need a waiver, how easy will depend on the reason. Hearing outside of the PULHES rating H2 would definitely require one. You profile shows 11B, they won't waiver an H3 for Infantry simply because you will be put in an MOS that probably was responsible for the first hearing loss, so it might require an MOS change.
Talk to a recruiter, they know all the current guidelines better than I do.

Going to your local recruiter will be your best bet. Start the conversation and get the waiver going.
