As far as I know, there are no restrictions on where you live. Electronic banking is a wonderful thing. As long as you can reach the internet, you should be able to keep up with your retired pay in MyPay, and you TRICARE benefits on their page.

Caution: as you approach Social Security and Medicare ages, check into their rules for living abroad. I'm fairly sure your be okay with Social Security, but I think Medicare is in-US only.
