TSgt Private RallyPoint Member 978983 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Does anyone know the reason that an AF Band member gets promoted to TSgt upon completion of basic training? It took me 10 yrs to make that rank, so it's a little demoralizing to see a 19 yr old that has been in for 4 months hold the same rank as me.
