Why hasn't the M code gone away? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/aea-m-and-no-train-why-hasn-t-the-m-code-gone-away

Soldier was accepted by proponent of the MOS he wanted, the contract was done and confirmed and Soldier was reclassed, now his AEA Code is still M (I don't have retain access just curious if anyone else has ever had this issue)

AEA M as far as I know is HRC Exclusive and though I know it is tied into RETAIN somehow... I don't have access so I don't know.

But the soldier has not only reenlisted but has also completed the Reclassification Action. So now I am just confused on why it may not have changed yet. Tue, 10 May 2016 13:48:46 -0400 AEA M and "No Train." If not its a hotline to HRC to remove it. SFC Private RallyPoint Member Tue, 10 May 2016 16:05:14 -0400 2016-05-10T16:05:14-04:00 2016-05-10T13:48:46-04:00
