Many Junior Enlisted/Active Drilling are failing background checks due to civil/criminal activities while they are serving. This is causing Employers to take caution and affecting the overall view of National Guard and Reserve Units. How do you know they are failing? Are they telling you? I have to test a percentage of my unit every quarter per Army Reserve Command policy.
