Hey everyone!
I am wondering if anyone here has any experience with accessing CAC secured websites (like IPPSA and DFAS/MyPay) through a personally owned tablet (iPad specifically). My local PX sells USB CAC readers that can be connected to an iPad but after researching how to use one online I am left with more questions than answers. I’m hoping that y’all can give me some good advice or at least point me in the right direction.

There are some tablets and laptops that will automatically work with a CAC reader when pugged in. Others, you will have to go to militarycac.com and follow all steps IOT get your Reader to work.

CAC-enabled websites on an iPad, ensure your device supports CAC readers. Utilize compatible apps like Thursby PKard Reader and configure Safari settings for CAC authentication. Visit https://munbyn.com/collections/all-printers for CAC reader options and setup guides. Remember to update iOS regularly for security patches and compatibility improvements. Efficiently navigating CAC-enabled sites on your iPad demands proper setup and reliable equipment.
